We have worked closely with Barclays Capital in Canary Wharf  since January 2011. We work alongside their Wellness Team to create and maintain a healthy workforce.

One-to-one / group health and well-being sessions

Offering the chance for staff to attend a one-to-one or a group session to voice their health and fitness concerns and receive information, advice and motivation. Sessions are rounded off with the chance to set short and long term health goals for the future. Includes nutrition and lifestyle advice booklets.

Corporate FitCamp

Less extreme than a boot camp and without the military feel, we call it FitCamp; perfect for improving the all-round health and fitness of your employees while relieving unwanted stress. Indoors or outdoors depending on facilities.

Event days

We offer you the opportunity to incorporate Cambridge Fitness Academy into your annual staff event day or corporate conference meeting. We can provide a fun and informal Health and Wellness Zone where staff members can discuss activity, nutrition and lifestyle whilst challenging themselves to fitness related games and mini competitions. We can also run small and large group exercise classes to break the day up and refresh everyone for the afternoon talks and meetings.
