Personal Training sessions are available in Cambridge, Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds.

The Sports Centres we operate in are Quy Mill Health Club, The Playground Assault Course and The Gym in Barrow. We can also come to your own home or any outdoor space.

Personal Training is all about staying motivated, getting results and getting them on schedule. We recognise that every client is individual, and we know that every client requires a bespoke programme to achieve their goals.

We know that Personal Training is not just about having someone with you in the gym. It is about having someone guiding you through your entire programme of health and fitness development. Which includes your training inside and outside of the gym, your diet, your lifestyle and all support services to ensure that you are in full health.

10 Sessions: £675

Nutrition plays a huge part in increasing the efficiency and productivity of your training session and therefore a well-balanced diet is vital in order to achieve your goals.

You may be asked to complete a Cambridge Fitness Academy Food Diary. In this you will record all foods and fluids consumed over a three day period, thus providing your trainer with a brief overview of your diet-pattern and calorie-intake. Cambridge Fitness Academy trainers adopt a non-judgmental approach when analysing the diary and will advise you accordingly if they believe any changes would be beneficial.

Once we’ve determined your individual diet and lifestyle objectives, we can offer further consultations on areas including:


  • Specific physical activity goals
  • Body fat reduction
  • Gaining muscle
  • Weight management counselling
  • Food allergy and gastro symptoms
  • Vitamin and sports supplementation
  • Managing diabetes, high cholesterol, hypertension and other conditions
