Trainer history: Phil has worked as a Personal Trainer since 2006. He is also qualified in nutrition and weight management. Having first joined a gym when he was 15, he has vast experience of fitness and exercising and is passionate about passing his knowledge on to other people. Phil is also a very keen sportsman, his main activities include football, basketball, tennis and snowboarding.

Proudest sporting moment: Completing the tough guy challenge – world’s most demanding one-day survival ordeal.
